Added a config option to control how many extra copies of an item are created if its being managed with QA. The previous behaveior was to add 25% to whatever QA would normally post. Now it defaults to 0% and is user configurable.

Replaced all instances of addon with ItemAuditor and I moved ItemAuditor out of the global namespace. The conversion was mostly a search/replace offering no new functionality. That will come in a later commit.

Updated the QuickAuctions API to use the new API calls. This commit also includes a compatibility layer to maintain backward compatibility so that none of my users have to upgrade QuickAuctions twice before getting any new features.
